Dr. Thomas Bell received his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago in 1973. His research interests include climate theory, remote sensing, statistical methods, precipitation modeling, radiative transfer theory. Dr. Bell is cuurently employed at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Climate and Radiation Branch. A list of his recent publications can be found here.
