Presented above is a Cumulative Anomaly graph for the CHARM network since it went live in January of 2001. The six sites were selected not only for consistently reliable reports since the program began, but also for a variety of locations around the network. Of particular interest is the drought from January 2005 through September 2006. For a spatial plot of which areas were most affected, and just how much the deficit was in those areas, see the page entitled Jan. 2005 - Sep. 2006 Deficits in the Case Studies section of this website.
