The installation of GOES Rebroadcast (GRB) receiving antennas for the East and West operational satellites at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) located in Huntsville, Alabama, continues the 20 year legacy of collecting and distribution real-time GOES imagery and products to the science community for research and applications, to private sector users, and to the public. This page provides links to public data access (Data) for interactive viewing of GOES imagery and selected derived products.
The Marshall scientists support NOAA with GOES algorithm and product development and sensor validation, and conduct detailed scientific investigations on the energy and water cycles supporting NASA research investigations and field programs, and real-time weather and disaster applications in conjunction with our partner organizations and agencies. Details of these studies can be found elsewhere on the Earth Science Branch web pages (Science). Additional information about the GOES-R series of satellites and their instruments can be found on NOAA program sites (NOAA GOES).
